I often think of sleep as the magic elixir of life. It just makes everything go better, from mood, to health, to relationships, to joy. What amazes me is how many people sleep really poorly and just accept that this is how it is, rather than recognising it as an indication that something is out of balance - such as the nervous system or unprocessed emotion. Sleep is our natural state and when we remove whatever are the obstacles, our body knows how to do this.
